1TextMarketing™ - how to text from your mobile
Firstly, you need your agreement which was completed with you by your Account Manager when the service was initially explained to you. A copy was left with you. If you do not have this to hand, it's not a problem. Just call us on 0870 760 5010 and select Option 4 then Option 6 and give us your post code and your security word to verify your identity and we'll give you all the details you need and talk you through the set up as well 24/7.
To send a message to your subscribers, simply create a message from the mobile phone you registered when your Account Manager visited you. If you're unsure of the mobile number you used then you can see what it is on your agreement. In the message write your account number for the 1TextMarketing™ service then your keyword - both from the top right of your agreement - then a space, then your message.
Next, look on your agreement for the Routing Number. That is the 5 digit number you will send your message to. Tap it in. Click send. You're done. The text message will be immediately sent to the all your subscribers in the keyword group you specify in your text.

tier professional carrier grade routes only unlike many
other providers where the failure rate is high.
In order to subscribe to your service, your users would need to send in
the following message:
start Account
Keyword to the same Routing Number.
To unsubscribe from your group at any time, they would send in:
stop Account
Keyword to the same Routing Number.
Change Account in the message above to your account number as specified on the top right of your agreement.
